SHIPPING

UK Shipping - Shipping is between £3-4 depending on the amount of items you order. We ask you to please allow 1-7 working days for shipping, although on average, our customers receive their package 1-3 days after dispatch. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class - you will not receive a tracking number, although we have the ability to track the delivery status.

International Shipping - Shipping costs will vary depending on destination, so please allow approx 10-28 days for shipping, although on average, our European customers tend to receive their orders around day 10 and our US customers day 15. These are not guaranteed shipping times, just estimates based on our data, to give you a rough idea of when to expect your order.

IMPORTANT: We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales or if lost or damaged once your order has been turned over to Royal Mail. We will however, do all we can to open an investigation with Royal Mail, to determine what went wrong.

Upgrade to Tracked/Next Day Delivery

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - If you require a your order to be sent out next day guaranteed (ONCE your order has been processed), we can upgrade your shipping for £10 - please click here to pay.

RUSHED ORDER - If you desperately require an item to be processed and shipped out the same day as your order date, we may be able to accommodate BUT please email us first. This rush service costs £20. Please email us the details first and once approved.

Lost Items

Although we cannot be held liable if your item is lost by Royal Mail (or the adjoining postal service in the case of international shipments), we will do all that we can to further investigate and seek an explanation and/or compensation, before any refunds can be considered.

Please note, that once we are compensated by the postal service (a process that can take up to 28 days), we can issue you a refund minus any fees.
