PURCHASING & RETURNS

PURCHASING

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automated email notification, with details of your order and processing time. We cannot guarantee that we will have your items in stock at the time of purchasing unfortunately, as sometimes an item may be allocated to another order, that has come through at the same time as yours. On the rare occasion that this happens, we will contact you via email (or text - depending on which method of contact you supplied), informing you of when we will next get the item in stock.

PROCESSING

Once we receive your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing (excluding Bank Holidays) and 3-7 days for processing personalised items. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping email notifying you that your order has been dispatched. 

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales from our side, however, a few items can take longer.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds on any purchase, but we will accept items for exchange that have not been worn. You have 21 days from the date your order was shipped. Kindly note, all personalised orders and sale items are exempt from exchanges.

The cost of the return for exchange will be with you, the buyer.
